UEFA Financial Fair Play: Upcoming Success or Failure?

Hi guys,
Today, UEFA warned football clubs of sanctions they will face if they do not respect the Financial Fair Play that will be kicked off for the 2013-2014 season. I’d like to have your views as to whether the FFP is viable. Will it ever work? Is it doomed to fail or succeed? But here is what UEFA said:
