Hi everyone,
Adidas and the Confederation of African Football (CAF) presented a newly designed official match ball, the adidas ‘Comoequa’, the Official Match Ball for the 2012 Orange African Cup of Nations. The name takes its inspiration from the Como River which runs through both host nations – Gabon and Equatorial Guinea, and the Equator which runs throughout Africa and unites both host nations.

Back in November, Puma signed a deal with the Chilean National team. There were already rumours announcing an upcoming deal between Puma and the South African Football Association (SAFA). Since yesterday, SAFA and Puma are reportedly close to sign a partnership which will make Puma the official kit supplier of the Bafana Bafana.
