Hi everyone,
A couple of days ago, I was questioning whether or not the UEFA Financial Fair Play will be a success or failure. Will big clubs be facing sanctions from the governing body because of bad financials. Chelsea reported a record turnover of $325 million for the past financial year, but also a loss $107 million. Not a good sign.

Hi everyone,
Europe football governing body said that europe will retain the same format to decide which 13 nations qualify for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. UEFA secretary general Gianni Infantino said Europe will enter the same 53 countries which played in the 2010 World Cup qualifying tournament, when nine group winners gained direct entry to the event in South Africa.

Hi everyone,
Today I was reading a survey about the EU football sustainability study by A.T Kearney. Shocking results as the major keytakeaway is that the football leagues in Spain, England and Italy would go bankrupt within two years if run as normal companies. Predictable? unavoidable? This study is very interesting and deserves a closer look.
