For several decades, Panasonic has sponsored the biggest sporting events in the world. This new partnership with the emblematic football club Paris Saint-Germain is a new opportunity for Panasonic to share their passion for football, the most popular sport in the world.
Panasonic is proud to be associated with Paris Saint-Germain and the clubs values of respect and ethics that the Panasonic Corporation holds so dear.
“This partnership is a great opportunity for both parties. Panasonic, present on the market in all 5 continents, is delighted to be a partner of this fantastic side that boasts players from all over the world, on a national, European and global stage. The international popularity of the club is a fabulous window for our brand,” declared Tatsuro Miyata, assistant general manager of Panasonic France.
Panasonic identifies itself entirely with the club’s ambition to offer an enjoyable spectacle to fans, families and children. While Paris Saint-Germain invites everyone to “Dream Bigger” inside its stadium, Panasonic invites all sports fans to enjoy the emotions of sport with friends and families on the big screen.
To this end, Panasonic will install LED televisions with advanced image technology in the mythical Parc des Princes in order to best transmit all the emotion of the club’s matches.
“We are very happy to have signed this partnership with such an innovative and prestigious international brand that gives sport, and football in particular, all its nobility and emotion. Together at the Parc des Princes and everywhere around the world, we will share some amazing moments with our supporters,”declared Jean-Claude Blanc, Paris Saint-Germain general manager.
Panasonic will also introduce the fans of Paris Saint-Germain to its innovative products via a series of special events, the club’s social media and during matches. On 19 October, at the home match against Bastia and to celebrate the launch of this partnership, Panasonic offered one lucky spectator at the Parc des Princes a DMC-FZ72 camera. [Source: PSG.fr]
